What is included in the purchase price of a new license?   The purchase of a new license of RxPertise™ will include the following:
1) An installation packet of our most current version, either downloaded from our web site or shipped to you.
2) An automatic 12 month enrollment in the
RxPertise™ maintenance plan. 

During this time period, the maintenance plan will provide:

  • Automatic upgrades to any version scheduled during the period of the maintenance plan

  • Any maintenance updates or software patches needed

  • Unlimited technical support. 

  • License transfer and activation code for a replacement computer.

How do I determine how many licenses I need? RxPertise™ is licensed to the computer, not the user nor the organization. This allows a single license purchase in those cases where a computer is shared between multiple consultant pharmacists, but necessitates the purchase of additional licenses when multiple computers are used.

If I purchase RxPertise mid-year, how is my maintenance fee handled? For new license purchases, maintenance of your software license(s) for the following calendar year will be pro-rated to the end of the calendar year according to the date of purchase, so that future maintenance plan invoices will be for the full calendar year. (As an example, a new license purchased 5/10/11 would include maintenance until 5/9/12. Our annual maintenance invoice for this license in 2012 would be pro-rated from 5/9/12-12/31/12.) For ongoing maintenance of your existing license(s), the invoice will be for the full calendar year.

How is pricing of RxPertise determined? The pricing of new licenses and maintenance plans is based upon exclusive GPO membership with Managed Health Care Associates, Inc. (i.e. "MHA member") as well as on the number of licenses purchased.  Below is our pricing schedule for 2012:

Print the form from your own printer and send it to us via fax. The FAX number is on the order form and on the bottom of this page.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, check or money order. All order form downloads require Adobe® Reader™, available from Adobe's® web site, which can be accessed by clicking here.

NOTE (updated 5/20/11): Due to MHA's physical presence in a number of states, applicable sales tax must be applied to all orders that are sent to clients in the following states:  CO, FL, GA, IL, IN, KS, LA, MA, MD, MO, NC, NJ, OH, TN, TX, UT, VA, and WA.  Please contact our sales/support department for more details.  CA residents are exempt from state tax if the software is downloaded, but tax is due if a CD is requested.
