New license purchases

The purchase of a new license of RxPertise™ will include the following:
1) An installation packet of our most current version, either downloaded from our web site or shipped to you.
2) An automatic 12 month enrollment in the RxPertise™ maintenance plan. 

During this time period, the maintenance plan will provide:

• Automatic upgrades to any version scheduled during the period of the maintenance plan

• Any maintenance updates or software patches needed

• Unlimited technical support. 

RxPertise™ is licensed to the computer, not the user nor the organization. This allows a single license purchase in those cases where a computer is shared between multiple consultant pharmacists, but necessitates the purchase of additional licenses when multiple computers are used.

For new license purchases, maintenance of your software license(s) for the following calendar year will be pro-rated to the end of the calendar year according to the date of purchase, so that future maintenance plan invoices will be for the full calendar year. For ongoing maintenance of your existing license(s), the invoice will be for the full calendar year.

The pricing of new licenses and maintenance plans is based upon GPO membership with Managed Health Care Associates, Inc. (i.e. "MHA member") as well as on the number of licenses purchased.  Below is our pricing schedule for 2010:

Would you like to try out RxPertise™ before purchasing?  No problem!  We offer our software, fully-functional, for a period of 30 days, absolutely free.

Simply fill out and fax the RxPertise™ Consulting Software Evaluation Agreement to us, and we will either provide you a download link or send you the full installation packet of our software, which you may try free of charge for 30 days.  When you decide that RxPertise™ is right for your practice, send in the order form, and we'll remotely activate your license!
