RxPertise™ Pricing Schedule

The purchase of a new license of RxPertise� will include the following: 1) one installation packet of our most current version; 2) a 12 month enrollment in the RxPertise� maintenance plan. During this time period, the maintenance plan will provide: 1) Automatic upgrades to any version scheduled during the period of the maintenance plan; 2) Any maintenance updates or software patches needed; 3) Unlimited technical support. Pro-rations of the following year maintenance plan will apply to those licenses purchased throughout the year, with the intent that the license would on subsequent years be set for the regular maintenance plan price.

The pricing of new licenses and maintenance plans is based on the number of licenses purchased, as is reflected below:

The purchase of a renewal of the maintenance plan will be required after 1/1/09 and annually thereafter. The same privileges will be included in subsequent maintenance plans. Please note: If and when RxPertise� provides a new release (i.e. a completely new software product with new technology, vs. an upgrade of a previous version), MHA reserves the right to require an upgrade fee for this new product, but preferential pricing will be provided to existing users, along with a one year enrollment in the maintenance plan.

Prefer to "try before you buy?" Our fully functional evaluation version lets you do just that! Simply fill out the RxPertise� Consulting Software Evaluation Agreement, and we will either provide you a download link or send you the full installation packet of our software, which you may try free of charge for 30 days. When you decide that RxPertise� is right for your practice, send in the order form, and we'll remotely activate your license!

New! We now offer the convenience of a digital download of the entire RxPertise� CD, which is identical in content to the shipped installation packet, for those who wish to try out our software as soon as possible or prefer the software in a digital format. Complete/fax the Evaluation Agreement to us, and indicate on the form whether you'd like the digital download option. We will reply back with the necessary information so you can download RxPertise� at your convenience.
