The following downloads are available for new and existing RxPertise users.

How can I be made aware of these updates automatically?  Providing we have your current email address, which is part of our order form, MHA will send emails to announce new updates, approximately once monthly.  If you're not receiving our emails, click here to request to be added to our mailing list (please include your organization's name and your product ID).

How can I determine my eligibility for these downloads?  Click on our Support button on the left, or click here to verify your product ID's current maintenance status.

Version 8.0 Downloads:

(Our latest version is version 8.0.3623.30482. You can determine your current version by opening any database in 8.0 and clicking on Help > About.)

You may download our entire installation CD contents, including an installation guide, nearly 5 hours of video tutorials, and related training tools.  This full version includes the enhancements provided in our latest 12/10/09 Hotfix, so there is no need to download/install the Hotfix below if you are installing 8.0 for the first time. 

If you installed 8.0 prior to 12/09 and are already running v8.0, click here to get our latest Hotfix, which may be installed on top of your existing v8.0 installation.

Click here to download/view/print the download guide for this digital download of v8.0 (0.6MB PDF file).  This file will fully explain the process of downloading our full version and how to access all of our training tools.  Highly recommended to download/view!

Click here to download/view/print the installation guide once you have downloaded the file (3MB PDF file).  This file will walk you through the process of installing and registering your v8.0 license.  This guide is also available within the installation file, but is provided here as well as a convenience.

Click here to access the v8.0 full installation image (562 MB ZIP file).  Since this is a very large file, be sure to choose the option to Save (not Open) when prompted to download. 
Need to order your license, or wish to evaluate RxPertise?  Go here to access our order form and evaluation agreement.  Once you have your Product ID, you'll be ready to download.

If you are unable to download this file, you may alternatively click here to send an email to the RxPertise team requesting an installation CD be sent to you.  Software packets will be mailed once weekly, and at one installation CD to an organization.  Please be sure to include in your email your name, your company name, RxPertise Product ID(s), mailing address and phone number.

Now available as of 8/9/10: August 2010 Medication Updater

Who needs this update?  Consultant pharmacists already using v8.0 that are wishing to either import pharmacy dispensing data or have an extensive list of medications from which to choose when manually tracking medication orders should download and install this update.  It provides the latest listing of medications.  Those users who choose not to interface with pharmacy dispensing systems need not download/install this update.  This updater is not compatible nor intended to be used with previous versions of RxPertise.

Now available as of 8/9/10:  July 2010 Formulary Updater

Who needs this update?  Those users of RxPertise wishing to have the latest version of the PDP Formulary Updater should download and install this update.  Those users not using the PDP Formulary Checker need not download this update.

Please note:   This formulary updater is created for the Standard version of RxPertise, and is not compatible nor intended to be used with the Enterprise version of RxPertise.  You can verify your standard version of RxPertise, if in doubt, by clicking on Help > About within the program itself.

Our latest Formulary Database Updater will provide the most up-to-date PDP database for use in our program.

Now available as of 2/23/10: January 2010 OSCAR Psychoactive Statistics

Who needs this update? Those users of RxPertise wishing to use the latest CMS OSCAR statistics, compiled on 1/6/10, need this update.  These state/national averages are used in multiple psychoactive statistical reports/graphs within our program.

Please note:  This update is not downloadable, but rather a function within RxPertise Options that allow you to access and update your system with the latest statistics.  If your practice extends beyond one state, or if your organization's internet connection forbids access to our file, you may alternatively request the actual file be emailed to you.

Now available as of 12/10/09:  Version 8.0 Hotfix

Who needs this update?  This hotfix provides version 8.0.3623.30482. You can determine your current version by opening any database in 8.0 and clicking on Help > About. All consultant pharmacists already using v8.0 should download this Hotfix, which corrects minor post-release issues and provides new enhancements.  If you have installed any hotfixes from 11/09, this hotfix may be installed on top of your other hotfixes without issue, and should be installed so as to provide you with the latest version. If you are new to RxPertise, or are upgrading to v8.0 for the first time, the changes in this Hotfix are included automatically with the full version, which you can find here.
